Celery and stilton soup

Everybody likes celery and stilton soup.

Cooking method: Pressure cooker

Time: Average - 30 to 60 minutes
Difficulty: Easy - a child could do it

  • Pressure cooker

Ingredients

  • Condiment, cube, or tube
    • Vegetable stock - some
  • Drink or liquid
    • Water - some
  • Eggs / cheese / dairy
    • Cheese (Stilton) - some
    • Cream (double) - some
  • Vegetable
    • Celery - some
    • Onion (chopped) - some

Method

Finely chop the celery, and saute the celery and the chopped onions together for a few minutes. Put them in the pressure cooker together with the stock, the water, a little bit of cream, and the cheese crumbled up, a little bit of salt and pepper, put the lid on, and cook for about half an hour or so. If you don't have a pressure cooker, use a pan or a soupmaker instead.
