Eggy brioche

- Brioche - some
- Eggs / cheese / dairy
- Eggs - 2
Method
Break the eggs into the mixing bowl and whisk up with a fork. Slice up some slices of a brioche loaf and cut those slices into quarters. Soak them in the bowl of egg for a couple of minutes. Put a splash of oil in your frying pan and heat - when it's heated up, put the pieces of egg-soaked brioche into the pan, pouring any excess egg in as well, and fry both sides until they're golden. Serve.
