Asparagus and runner bean soup

It's soup, made from asparagus, runner beans, and a secret ingredient

Time: Average - 30 to 60 minutes
Difficulty: Easy - a child could do it

Ingredients

  • Condiment, cube, or tube
    • Vegetable stock - 1
  • Drink or liquid
    • Water - 800 ml
  • Grain, pulse, or dried
    • Yellow split peas - some
  • Vegetable
    • Asparagus - some
    • Runner beans - some
    • Onion (chopped) - 1

Method

Finely chop the vegetables and saute them a bit before putting them in the soupmaker. Add the yellow split peas, the stock cube and the amount of salt and pepper you usually like to add to soup, and then add the water. Let the soupmaker do its thing. I prefer this soup unwhizzed, but if you think otherwise, I won't be cross with you for whizzing it.
