Ingredients

  • Oil
    • Vegetable - some
  • Vegetable
    • Potatoes (maris piper) - some

Method

Chop the potatoes into chips. Drop them into your air fryer (if your air fryer lets you have them in the bottom of the container so they can sit in the oil rather than making you have them in the drainer basket, do that for a more authentic deep fry flavour). Set the fryer running for about 30 minutes on 180C, and agitate the chips about every five minutes, until they're done to how you like them.
