Eggy bread

Equipment

  • Microwave egg cooker
  • Microwave oven

Ingredients

  • Bread
    • Slices - 1
  • Eggs / cheese / dairy
    • Butter - some
    • Eggs - 1

Method

Crack your egg into the egg cooker, add some salt and pepper, and mix up the yolk and the white like you’re making an omelette. Get a slice of bread, butter it, and cut it into quarters or smaller. Fold it into the egg mix ensuring it’s soaked up some egg, put the lid on the egg cooker, and microwave for two minutes. Check if it’s done yet, and if it isn’t try another 10 seconds and repeat until it is indeed done.

Use more egg and/or more bread depending on how hungry you are.
