Mince and potatoes

Ingredients

  • Drink or liquid
    • Wine (red) - some
  • Meat
    • Mince (any) - 400 gm
  • Spice
    • Paprika (smoked) - some
    • Star anise (ground) - some
    • Zaatar - some
  • Tin or jar
    • Tomato passata - some
  • Vegetable
    • Garlic (chopped) - some
    • Potatoes (small) - some
    • Onion (chopped) - 1
    • Pepper (any) - 1

Method

Chop the onions, start frying them. Chop the potatoes into little cubes, add it to the mix. Add the mince (if your mince comes in a packet of 500g, save the 100g left over for something for lunch or something).

Chop the pepper and any other vegetable you feel like, and add it. Add the garlic, add the spices, add the stock cube. Add the wine, simmer it for a bit, add the tomato passata, continue to simmer, add the coriander. Eat.
